Priscilla B. Rakestraw, Development Director
Priscilla Rakestraw joined the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition in 2005 as Development Director. Prior to joining DBCC, Priscilla’s work experiences included her career in human resources and career development at the Du Pont Company; elected office as Register in Chancery for the Court of Chancery; and Development Director for Wilmington College.
Priscilla has extensive community, organizational, and fundraising experience. She has been a member of the Board of the Guild for the Ministry of Caring; Vice-President of the Board for JOBS; and a member of the Board for the East Side Charter School. She is returning for her second term as a Board member for Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County in September 2009. She has led or participated in fundraising events and campaigns for the Ministry of Caring, East Side Charter School, Goodwill, the restoration of Old Swedes Churchyard, and numerous charitable and church organizations in Delaware and Maryland.
