Vicky Tosh-Morelli, Administrative Program Manager

Vicky has worked for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, Inc., since 2002. Vicky oversees the outreach and education programs and manages the IT resources of the agency. She graduated with a BA in Communications and a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Delaware in 1994 and is currently finishing a Master’s in Public Administration there.

In 1999, she helped start Lesbian Health Initiatives (LeHI), to educate the lesbian community in Delaware about breast cancer, safer sex and domestic violence issues. She began her involvement with DBCC as a volunteer helping with the start up of the Taking Care of Ourselves lesbian health program. Since joining the staff, Vicky has expanded DBCC’s technology resources and led the redesign of the website. She has also revised and implemented the breast health presentations and implemented Lay Health Advisor and Volunteer training.

Vicky is also a graduate of the National Breast Cancer Coalition’s Project LEAD program, a trained “Removing the Barriers” facilitator and serves on the State of Delaware’s Cancer Consortium Disparities Committee.

Vicky is married to her partner, Kristen and they have a son, Joey. She enjoys cooking, reading, and rocking out to “Guitar Hero.”
