Join the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s Nurture with Nature and Young Survivors in Action programs for a Hayride and Bonfire at a local Amish Farm owned by Henry and Clara Miller. Beginning Your Breast Cancer Journey - Newark

Beginning Your Pink Ribbon Journey - Dover

Beginning Your Pink Ribbon Journey is a free class open to newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and their loved ones and is sponsored by the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition in partnership with Bayhealth Cancer Institute.

Join us to learn more about: breast cancer, nutrition during treatment, financial issues, your diagnosis and treatment, available support programs and other available resources.

Classes are held on the second Thursday of the month including Feb. 13, Apr. 10, June 12, Aug. 14, Oct. 9, and Dec. 11 from 5:00-6:30pm.

DBCC Sussex Survivor Social: Wrapping Tanger Pink Trees of Hope Gifts

Join DBCC and fellow breast cancer survivors for a Sussex Survivor Social. For this month’s program we will wrap gifts for the Tanger Trees of Hope campaign. A Cancer Conversation with DBCC and CAMP Rehoboth

CAMP Rehoboth, in cooperation with Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, is offering a Cancer Conversation group to be held monthly starting in October. All women who have experienced cancer as a patient or caregiver are invited to join us. Discussion will include sharing of experiences, ideas and suggestions on living with cancer and after cancer. The conversations will take place on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Camp Rehoboth Library. 2015 Southern Lights of Life

The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition proudly presents the 11th Annual Southern Lights of Life: An Evening of Living and Giving gala on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 6 to 10 pm at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. This event is Kent and Sussex counties premier breast cancer fundraiser. Kim Miller 5K (and Boobs & Brews) Presented by 16 Mile Brewery

Kim Miller was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in May of 2010 at age 27. She fought the disease for 16 months and in October 2011, she lost the battle and passed away peacefully. This event has been organized to raise money for the fight against breast cancer in Delaware.

Broadwalk on the Boardwalk at CAMP Rehoboth

Join CAMP Rehoboth for the Annual Broadwalk on the Boardwalk, part of the 2015 Women’s Fest Weekend. Walk through Rehoboth Beach in your pink to support the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition on Sunday, April 12th at 8am.

Broadwalk on the Boardwalk gathers attendees for a walk along the boardwalk in Rehoboth. This event allows men and women to come together to honor the lives of those who have died from breast cancer, celebrate those who have struggled with breast cancer and to educate others. 18th Annual Breast Cancer Update

Save the date for the 18th Annual Breast Cancer Update: The Past, the Present, and the Future of Breast Cancer. The program will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 8 am to 2 pm. Each spring, DBCC presents a symposium featuring leading medical experts and other speakers discussing the most current topics in breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, detection and survivorship. The annual one-day educational forum is free and open to the public, and has become one of Delaware’s most trusted sources of up-to date breast cancer information. 6th Annual DE-feet Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk at the Tanger Outlet Center - Rehoboth Beach, Seaside

Join DBCC for the 6th Annual DE-feet Breast Cancer 5K at the Tanger Outlet Center - Rehoboth Beach, Seaside, on Sunday, May 17th (rain or shine)! The event will include a 5K run and walk as well as a 1-Mile Fun Walk. Run/walk kicks off at 8:30 am with registration opening at 7 am.
