DBCC is excited to present an excellent roster of speakers to address breast cancer treatment and survivorship. This year’s program will show recent trends and advances in breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and clinical trials, examine the history of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, explore research which will impact new treatments in breast cancer, and explore complementary therapies that can enhance the physical and mental well-being of a breast cancer survivor.
The Breast Cancer Update is one of many ways that DBCC uses its funds locally to benefit and serve the people of Delaware and its surrounding communities. This annual one-day educational forum attracts crowds of physicians, nurses, breast cancer survivors and advocates each year.
Certificates of attendance documenting 4.25 Contact Hours and .4 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) will be available to Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Corexcel is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
The event is FREE to attend and registration details coming soon! To continue to run free and educational breast cancer programs in the community, DBCC relies on donations. To make a donation, click here. Registration for contact hours or CEUs is $30.Register today!
