At the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition (DBCC), we believe that the strongest fight against breast cancer happens right here in our own neighborhoods. While our fundraisers are vital, it is the creative, grassroots “Community Partner Fundraisers” hosted by people like you that help us reach every corner of the First State.
Whether you are an individual wanting to honor a loved one, a small business looking to give back, or a large corporation building a legacy of corporate social responsibility, we invite you to partner with us.
Examples of Community Partner Fundraisers
The sky is the limit! Here are a few ways our partners have supported us in the past:
- Retail/Restaurants: “Pink Days” shopping/dining days where a percentage of total sales is donated
- Active Events: Yoga-thons, 5Ks, walks, golf tournaments, or bowling tournaments
- Social Creative Gatherings: Paint-and-sip nights, garden parties, or classic car shows
- School/Student/Workplace Fundraisers: Dress Down Days, or High school sports “Pink Out Games”
